- —Your inbox gets triaged automatically every 30 minutes — urgent things surface, noise gets filtered, replies get drafted for your review.
- —You get a morning briefing every day: today's meetings, background on attendees, anything that needs attention before you start.
- —"I'm running 10 minutes late" → the agent emails your next meeting and adjusts the calendar. One message, done.
- —Follow-ups go out on time. No one has to remember to send them.
- —Slack threads get monitored and summarized — you see what matters without reading 200 messages.
- —Questions your team answers 50 times a day get answered instantly, without involving a person.
What we do
Deploy your agent.
We set up OpenClaw on a cloud VPS or local Mac Mini, configure Docker sandboxing, firewall rules, and security hardening from day one. You go live same session.
Connect your tools.
Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, HubSpot — we wire up the integrations that matter to your business and configure OAuth so your credentials stay secure.
Build your workflows.
Morning briefings. Email triage. Follow-up nudges. Meeting prep. We configure the automations that run every day in the background, so your team stops doing manually what AI can do permanently.
Stay with you.
AI keeps changing. Integrations break. New capabilities appear. We're your ongoing resource — not a vendor who disappears after launch.

FAQ
What is OpenClaw?
OpenClaw is an open-source AI assistant that runs 24/7 on dedicated infrastructure. Unlike ChatGPT or Claude, which you go to when you have a question, OpenClaw works in the background — reading your inbox, watching your calendar, and taking action proactively. Think of it as a digital employee that never sleeps.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. We handle everything — provisioning, configuration, security hardening, integrations. You don't touch a terminal or write any code. After setup, you talk to your agent through Telegram or Slack, just like texting an assistant.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a chat interface — you ask it things when you think to. OpenClaw is always-on infrastructure. It wakes up every 30 minutes, checks your email and calendar, and acts without you asking. The difference is between a tool you use and an employee who works.
Is it secure?
Security is the hardest part of self-hosting AI with access to your email and calendar. We use OAuth middleware so the agent never sees raw credentials, configure Docker sandboxing to prevent arbitrary code execution, and start with read-only permissions that expand gradually as you build trust. You get an instant kill switch to revoke any integration.
Can I set it up myself?
You can — it's open source. But every self-install we've seen has security gaps: exposed credentials, no audit trail, no sandbox. The installation is straightforward; the hardening is where most teams need help. If you've already set it up, we'll audit your security and fix what's missing.
What about ongoing maintenance?
OAuth tokens expire. OpenClaw ships updates. Integrations break. Workflows drift as your business changes. The setup gets you live — ongoing care keeps everything running so your team doesn't have to think about it.
Can multiple people on my team have their own agent?
Yes — this is the common case for small teams. A CEO agent for email and calendar, a sales agent for CRM and outreach, a finance agent for invoices and reporting. Each agent is scoped to one person's tools. We'll help you figure out what configuration makes sense for your team.
Do you work with businesses outside Boise?
Yes. Most setup and configuration is done remotely over a video call. We work with businesses across the US. In-person setup is available in the Treasure Valley — reach out and we'll figure it out.
No pitch — just a straightforward conversation about whether this makes sense for your business.
